Jamie Paradise - president

Jamie Paradise is a founder of Central Shore Holdings and has been leading the business as the President and Managing Member since May 2016. He is responsible for managing the work of our talented team in our Point Pleasant office and directs the day-to-day operations of purchasing homes, renovating them, and either renting or selling them. Jamie has been a long-time investor in real estate, investing in new construction and renovation of single-family homes and condo conversions for more than a decade.

As President of CSH, Jamie has used his extensive experience as a top performing real estate salesperson at RE/MAX Bay Point where he is ranked in the top 1% of Realtors nationally and has been ranked in the top 10 RE/MAX Agents in NJ for 5 years in a row. At RE/MAX, Jamie has been responsible for the sale of over 500 properties exceeding $200 Million in value.

Jamie studied at the Monmouth University Real Estate School in 2005, has obtained a BS from Arizona State University in 1998, was Vice President and served on the Board of Directors at the South Monmouth Board of Realtors from 2008-2014.

kurt brungardt - chief operating officer

Kurt Brungardt is a founder and the Chief Operating Officer for Central Shore Holdings, where he is responsible for business operations, organizational design and building processes, teams and technology to support its continued rapid growth.

Prior to Central Shore Holdings, Kurt served as the Chief Information Officer and a Managing Director for 15 years at MSD Capital, L.P., the New York-based private investment firm managing Michael Dell and his family’s fortune. During this time, Kurt worked with both investment and operations teams to enable MSD Capital’s growth to $15 billion in assets under management. Dell acquired three strategic technology companies as a result of Kurt’s recommendations to Michael Dell.

Prior to MSD Capital, Kurt spent 12 years in business operations and project roles at Digital Power Networks and General Dynamics Electric Boat Division. Kurt is also a mentor for Columbia University's Executive Master of Science in Technology Management Program and a member of the University of Minnesota College of Science and Engineering “Driven” campaign committee.

Kurt holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, College of Science and Engineering and continues to study the fundamentals of business, entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership with the Aji Network.

Albert Dweck - managing member

Albert Dweck is a founder, Managing Member and Advisor to Central Shore Holdings, where he helps constitute our business strategies and secure the necessary financing to support the growth of the business.

Albert is the founder and CEO of Duke Properties, where he leads all aspects of the company’s real estate activities, including planning, acquisition, approval, financing, marketing, sales, leasing, and maintenance. Since founding Duke in 2001, Albert has been the managing principal of over 50 real estate partnerships with approximately 500 units under management in the North Eastern United States.

Albert received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Stern School of Business at New York University in 1994. He completed intensive training in business and management at the Sanno Institute of Management, Tokyo Japan, 1993. He is a licensed real estate agent and received a certificate in real estate investment and finance from the NYU, SCPS in 2003. He graduated from the Business Professional’s Course of the Aji Network in 2009 and is a current member of the Aji Network’s Leadership, Entrepreneurship Identity and Power Program. He is also a Professor at the Real Estate Institute at NYU, SCPS. He is the Vice President, Finance and serves on the Board of Directors of Barkai Yeshiva, a private school in Brooklyn, NY.
