ANNE BAIRD - OPERATIONS MANAGER
Anne Baird is the Operations Manager for Central Shore Holdings, where she is responsible for managing scalable operations, acquisitions and sales, renovations, and the leasing and refinancing processes.
Along with her work at Central Shore Holdings, Anne is a founding member and Chief Operating Officer of Hug House Productions, a podcast production company, and the marketing / social media manager and line producer for Radio Drama Revival, one of the longest-running anthology modern audio drama shows.
Anne holds a M.B.A. from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, School of Business and a B.A. in Mathematics from Georgian Court University.
POLLY BRUNGARDT - PROJECT MANAGER
Polly Brungardt is the Project Manager, as well as a founding member, of Central Shore Holdings. As the Project Manager, Polly is responsible for managing projects relating to acquisitions and sales, renovations, and financial operations.
Over the years, Polly and Kurt have done many renovations on their family homes. She enjoys these projects from beginning to end. Polly also enjoys traveling to visit her children, gardening, decorating projects and hanging with friends.
Polly has her Real Estate License as well as a Certificate in Interior Design.
